- NO RETURNS ON ALL SWIMWEAR!!!
- Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must be received within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, machine washed, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 60 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.

- Please utilize the original mailer bag for clothing, if possible.
- ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE: a TGC Return Merchandise Form completed in full. Click HERE to access the Merchandise Return Form. Be sure to complete the entire form including your desire for a refund or store credit, exchange option and desired exchange item(s), name, and order number.
- Please note return shipping instructions on the form.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.
- RECOMMENDATION: When shipping back a return or exchange to us, please obtain a tracking number for your own protection.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at email@example.com so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
